You Just Got A Free Upgrade!
If your website is hosted by Riverview, congratulations… You just got a free upgrade!
As of 12th March 2024, websites hosted by Riverview have been migrated to new high-powered and ultra-fast servers.
You won’t need to do anything with your website, this has been taken care of by us and your usernames and passwords will remain the same.
However, you may need to update some settings in your email client software and create some new bookmarks to access your webmail and cPanel.
Email Client Settings
If you use an email client, such as the ones that come with your phone, tablet or desktop and find your emails aren’t coming through, you will need to update your settings.
In the settings, you’ll need to change the server name from:
titanium.cloudhosting.co.uk
to:
agung-LON.cloudhosting.uk.
Webmail Access
If you use the webmail page in a browser to access your email, you’ll need to visit a new website.
Instead of
https://titanium.cloudhosting.uk:2096/
https://agung-lon.cloudhosting.uk:2096/
cPanel Access
If you have access to your cPanel, you’ll also need to use a new website.
Instead of
https://titanium.cloudhosting.uk:2083/
https://agung-lon.cloudhosting.uk:2083/
